Frequently Asked Questions
We clean only accessible surfaces and areas. Clients should put away personal documents, cash, jewelry, medications, and intimate items in advance. We do not open or clean inside closed cabinets, drawers, or personal boxes. We don’t offer post construction cleaning or cleanup for hazardous biological messes.
Yes. We always bring all supplies and equipment with us.
Yes. We are insured.
We work carefully and use non abrasive tools. On delicate finishes we first test a small, discreet area, then clean gently to protect the surface.
If there are many items, we clean around them and leave them in place. If requested, we can gather items into one designated area to clear the surfaces, without sorting and without rearranging personal categories.
Yes. We recommend putting away or clearly marking fragile or high value items so we can work around them safely.
Extra attention includes grease, stickiness, buildup, visible accumulation, heavy dust, pet residue, stains, and areas that require additional time and repeated treatment. Any extra charge applies based on the actual condition of the area on cleaning day.
Yes. Add ons can be added to both regular cleanings and deep cleanings.
Please message us the same day, ideally with a photo. We will agree on a solution and, if needed, return at the earliest available time to complete the work.
Yes, if our schedule allows. Recurring clients receive priority in planning.
Yes. We use only the access method you approve and keep access details private. If requested, we return access to the original setup after the cleaning.
We notify you right away and document it with a photo. We continue only within safe limits to avoid damaging the surface or making the issue worse.
Yes, we have a minimum visit. We may decline if the request is outside standard residential cleaning, if it is post construction cleaning, or if conditions are unsafe.
Whenever possible, yes. We try to keep the same team for recurring clients so the quality stays consistent.
Pets can stay home. We recommend keeping them in a separate room or a safe area, especially if they are anxious or may interfere. Please let us know about any special considerations in advance.
Yes. We can focus on your priority areas first and bring those areas to the highest level, then complete the remaining tasks with the time left.
We focus on dust, marks on surfaces, the kitchen and bathroom, accessible interior surfaces, baseboards, and the details that make the space feel ready.
Yes. Please select the add ons in the request form so we can plan the right amount of time and arrive with what’s needed.
Yes. During a deep cleaning we can treat carpet stains when it is possible based on the stain type and the carpet material.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
