How We Calculate Your Price:
Your total is based on the size of your space (sq ft) and the type of cleaning you choose — standard or deep.
The more space, the higher the price — but you only pay for what you really need.

How Long Does It Take?
On average, we clean about 700–800 sq ft per hour as a team of two.

✔ For example:
– 1000 sq ft takes about 1.5–2 hours
– 1500 sq ft takes about 2.5–3 hours
– 2000+ sq ft may take 4+ hours, depending on the level of detail

To reserve your slot, a 20%( Regular) - 30% ( Deep) prepayment of the base price is required. This secures your date and time and covers preparation costs. The remaining balance is paid after the cleaning.
